If the processing doesn't take time, no need to rush (applying now). Just relax and apply after NOA2.

Hey, I’m relaxed :) it takes about 2 weeks to come. However, If I have the documents I need ready when my NOA2 comes I can schedule my medical and embassy appointments without delay. I just Wondered if anyone else in the UK was doing the same yet. B

Oh I see, but you still have 3 more months to go. There are many UK Applicants around, especially in previous Forums.

UK police cert is valid for 12 ,moths as far as I'm aware. My fiancé will be getting hers in the next month or so. All it takes is a rfe and that can add time to the process.

If it's only valid for 6mo as u say then I wouldn't of bothered till the end of July to get it.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Yes, and 3 months is still less time than 6 months... so the police certificate would still be valid.

It is no bother to me to get another one issued, I just thought on the lucky happenstance we get NOA2 in August/Sept then I would be able to schedule the medical right away.

Was this updated today, does anyone know?  It says they are working on Oct 17, 2018 and the range is 5-7 months

That is current date they are working on. Which means if u sent in ur petition before oct 17th u can submit a inquire about ur case and or call to get updates.

At 7 mo uscis says they should have 93% of all cases prosecced. Wheather that's approval, denied or rfe

Hey, it is technically "valid" for 12 months, but the website does also state that it needs to have been issued within the last 6 months.  https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/medical-examination/ If you click on Step 2. Medical Examination it will detail that information there.

Hey, what do you see after login in the uscis account? info that they received the case or something else? just wondering if ours is up to date.

also, with the new webiste...do we need to create a new account for that? the previous log info doesn't seem to work

I’ve decided to apply for my police certificate today as it is valid for 6 months!! Anyone else decided to do this yet? B

Hi! I also need to apply for one from the UK but I'll do it in a couple of months, I definitely do not want to risk it as it is pretty expensive compared to the italian one!

They're working (and have worked) on mid Nov as well : )

It’s so exciting to see the November forum and know they are moving along I don’t pay much attention to the USCIS site because they historically update it a bit behind And I don’t think they update until they have completed a certain percentage of that month but they do not process the files on first come first serve some people that file in the end of a month are some of the first to be processed in earlier months so I just patiently wait for August our month is coming 👏🏽👏🏽
