Had u worked at all previously? Get what tax info u can. You should of filed even if u didn't make any money.

That’s not true. If you were unemployed before the cut off date you have nothing to file and I would’ve filed and paid a late filers fee when I was unemployed and didn’t make any money. I had nothing to claim no pay stubs nothing. I just graduated college this is my first job out of school. I’m very aware of what I’m talking about I work for an accounting firm.

U have never worked at all prior to this job u have Now?

If that's the case. U will probably need a sponcer. Since u don't have any work history.

If u don't already have a sponcer, I would expect u to get a RFE cus of this.

Inwould try to line one up now and see what paper work is needed for it. Start gathering it all up. Cover ur a$$ is the best way to go about it..

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

I don’t need a sponsor lol.  I make well over the requirement. Your w2 is also not a requirement to show proof of support. People who have started their jobs and missed the cut off date use the statement from the bank employer letter stating they are full time and permanent and anual salary and all of their pay stubs since working. Also financials have nothing to do with the petition stage so there is no way to receive an rfe. Please do not give out false information for the sake of other users who are not as well versed in this particular area. It will only cause more stress and confusion to an already painful experience. I do thank you for taking your time to respond to me

Does your bank balance matters?

Best guess is between August and November for most people. Some maybe even longer depending on RFE and other unforseen issues.

This is a bit depressing. You have to factor in that they may not have completed all of October yet, but they have already begun November. We can't go based on those still sitting from June because that is far from the norm. I'm choosing to believe the best case scenario we will start seeing approvals sometime in August. They seem to be all over the place but many October filers have been approved to date and they are still coming in.

So what you mean?  We will exceed August or what? From calculation ours should be August.

I think many of us will be approved in August and September.

Hi house, could it be possible that a February filler got an RFE?  Just saw one now: a February 21 filier got RFE mailed on 3 May

Expedited case most likely.

January filer - I-129F received 1/12/18.  No word on NOA2 yet and fiance is getting nervous.  He has plans to fly over Aug 9.  That can be delayed if necessary but not our late October wedding. REALLLYY hope he is approved by then but in the meantime he is not working as he wanted to give himself 3 months to pack up and sell his house in the UK after leaving work (which he finished at the end of April.) Then of course he will have to wait for a work permit here (tho we will do a courthouse marriage to get started on change of status asap once he arrives.) Sounds like there is a possibility he will make it for his original arrival date in August so fingers crossed!  Good luck everybody!  PS - Is USCIS hiring?  I am an efficient worker - great at data entry and research. Let me help speed things along! :P

You're also in the wrong thread, I haven't seen you in the January one.
