There far from done with October. Haven't even finished June of last year.

So what you mean?  We will exceed August or what? From calculation ours should be August.

Best guess is between August and November for most people. Some maybe even longer depending on RFE and other unforseen issues.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Hello everyone, my form was received on the Feb, 1st, I am glad that I found this forum to give us some hope :)

Shory story if you are interested, I live in the U.S, and my fiancee in Cuba, sadly the U.S Embassy in Cuba is closed for any visa paperwork, so they decided to send any visa related cases to Georgetown, Guyana, so looks like we will have to go over there for the interview.

Charts to compare July, August, September and October regarding the length of time from Received to Approved (as to 05/06/2018).

As a reminder, in the charts below I try to compare what happened within the next 187 days after the last day of July, August, September and October received cases. In order to see them clearer I put them together in pairs.

In that time, with a total of 596, 849, 923 and 1038 approved cases respectively:

  • July had a global mean of 195.56 days from Received to Approval date, with a standard deviation of 5.22 days.
  • August had a global mean of 189.94 days from Received to Approval date, with a standard deviation of 6.95 days.
  • September had a global mean of 187.57 days from Received to Approval date, with a standard deviation of 7.68 days.
  • October had a global mean of 182.92 days from Received to Approval date, with a standard deviation of 7.00 days.

As I mentioned in some previous post there clearly was a turning point from July to August, and it has kept improving consistently ever since. Notice that they did not only shortened the average number of days, they also approved more cases in the same period of time. Hopefully this tendency will continue! :)

They never finish a month before starting another month. Believe me there are filers even before June still waiting but we just don’t see them here.

They are done with October but the problem is why they’re so weird about November.

Only few embassy’s require that I know Dominican Republic is one but most of them won’t even let the sponsoring fiancé attend or enter the embassy with the fiancé .you would have to look up your embassy and find out specific details pertaining to them

I want to Thank whoever started this forum for Haiti K1 visas. I have been reading stories before asking questions just in case my answer is in one or a couple lol. I want to say congrats to all especially those who have their love ones with them. I have started my paperwork and getting things in order. I find this information so helpful and since I like to think and prepare ahead it helps a whole lot. I know it will be a long process but to have my love and our babies next to me everyday instead on for a week I will do this process a thousand times(Thank God I don't have to but that's how much I miss them especially my babies when we video or I hear their voice). Thank you again and I am sure I will have question down the road but it's a great start so far

January filer - I-129F received 1/12/18.  No word on NOA2 yet and fiance is getting nervous.  He has plans to fly over Aug 9.  That can be delayed if necessary but not our late October wedding. REALLLYY hope he is approved by then but in the meantime he is not working as he wanted to give himself 3 months to pack up and sell his house in the UK after leaving work (which he finished at the end of April.) Then of course he will have to wait for a work permit here (tho we will do a courthouse marriage to get started on change of status asap once he arrives.) Sounds like there is a possibility he will make it for his original arrival date in August so fingers crossed!  Good luck everybody!  PS - Is USCIS hiring?  I am an efficient worker - great at data entry and research. Let me help speed things along! :P
