Thanks @Naes for your updates! Hope you enjoy your time with your fiancee!

The numbers for June are really depressing; 9 months in and still a quarter untouched? Hopefully a good chunk of those are silent NOA2s...

We have a good bulk of silent noa2s in June so I don't think that's all just virgins.

But even with that yep they are still doing June cases too...

Which means always be ready in case your case get stuck (at least I am...) and never are plans before you see the noa2 and then visa on hand...

Hi @Naes - You seem to know a lot about these processes. Do you expect the timeline to be this bad in coming months too? I heard somewhere that there are less I-129F filers in winter than in summer. So, given that we filed in Feb (which is technically still winter in USA) - do you think the timelines will improve? I realize that there is no way to predict the future, but just based on stats and other info that you have been reviewing every week or so, what do you think?

Thanks for all the stats and info. Those are really helpful for stat nerds like me :D

So it's been exactly a month since our case was received... time flies! But my timeline says our case may be adjusted between Aug 21 and Aug 26, so 5 more months to wait. Ugh. The waiting game does suck lol.

I have to agree with you. This whole process is entirely stressful. I guess i need some massage in the coming days.💆‍♀️ Lol.!!!

Not Naes, but if you look at the VJ processing times for K1, there's a little bit of hope as the time between filing and NOA2 looks like it peaked around January-February and in March is showing signs of a small dip. Hopefully that dip continues!

Processing date (on VJ) for CSC K-1 jumped from 8/28 to 8/31 in just one day. My adjudication estimate actually jumped back two days in 24 hours! Was 8/14-8/19, now 8/12-8/17.

Checking into this thread, as I received my NOA1 on 02/27/2018.  I also have a question that I asked in the K1 forum and I'd appreciate if anyone could help me out:

After looking over the copies of the I-129F I sent out, I see I made a mistake in entering my fiance's BIRTH MONTH.  The DAY and YEAR, however, are both correct and match what is displayed on her passport.  What should I do, going forward?  Is this going to be cause for rejection/RFE?  Should we just address it at the embassy interview?  Would really appreciate some insight into this.

I'd call USCIS and ask them. 800-375-5283

One thing that maybe might work considering immigration is a hot topic right now is calling up the White House (they do take calls like congress) and urge that instructions be given to DHS and the Department of State to prioritize all family based immigration where there is a US citizen involved. They are executive departments and can have their priorities and instructions readjusted as long as they do not conflict with written law. It should really be the case anyways that taxpaying US citizens are prioritized, but it isn't the case when it comes to some other visa categories and protected statuses granted by USCIS. There was a huge slow down last year when it came time for a few thousand folks on TPS to extend their status. US citizens got placed on the back burner for a bunch of people that have been here for over a decade after a natural disaster. If you do it, just make sure to play the politics game and say you're a supporter even if you're not. Those who express their support have their opinions weighed more heavily.

I'm all for anything that makes this process go faster :) What is the number to call?
