Oct. 10th Received txt that we were approved (NOA2) 30days after RFE response

Excluded are rejected and cases that already have a decision notice sent.

 

touched are rfe sent, rfe received, name updated etc. basically the status changed from "case received" to something else however is still waiting for a decision

Thank you! The app says that if I receive it any time before March 26th I am within a normal timeframe. Ugh. I am not patient enough for this haha

Okay good! I was going to ask if you had checked the app/website case tracker. I thought I was going to have no issues being patient with this process, but its been less than a month and I've already drove myself crazy a couple times :lol:

Got text/e-mail on Wednesday February 28th and received my NOA1 on Saturday March 3rd. I live two states east of California, so mail doesn't take too long.

I received my text and email today with a receipt number!  So far so good.  The email says I should should receive the I-797 is 7-10 business days.

February 27,  2018 - Overnighted I-I29F

February 28,  2018 - Received by Dallas Lockbox

March 5, 2018 - Received NOA1 Text

March 8, 2018 -  NOA1 Hard-copy

September 7, 2018 - Received email petition approved

September 10, 2018 - NOA2 Hard copy received 

October 16, 2018 -  Left NVC for CDJ

October 26, 2018 - Received consulate letter dated Oct 23rd

March 15th, 2019 - Interview date
