I have the same date as well and still waiting. I went ahead and sent a letter to my congressman today. I figured by the it gets to them in the mail and it gets to the right desk I'll either be approved or outside of normal processing range.

Yes that's a good idea. I hope you will hear the good news soon.

It seems they do all the approvals and then start all the RFE’s I guess maybe there is a method to the madness well don’t worry guys I fallow a haiti forum and I have seen other girls go though the whole process some with RFE and as long as you send it right away you will be approved in two weeks or less so we will all get though this I’m on team February until everybody is approved

I don’t have any news yet but I’m not that worried yet as I’m Feb 27 and only on day 185 so I dont feel like they’re at the end of Feb yet. Not seen many / if any late Feb approvals yet.

We will all get there fabruaries!

I got this email 2days ago, then 2wks after is an RFE. I lift it all to God,  don't want to stress anymore, the anticipation alone is getting into my nerves. I'm hoping for the Best for everybody!

It’s strange that they haven’t updated the case status, isn’t it?

I hope that they have already sent letters (as it was said by phone) and both of us will receive ours REFs soon and will be able to fix it finally.

Yeah it is strange, but I think I’ve come to expect the unexpected when it comes to USCIS 😂😂 but I am sure it will be something small, and we can get it sent back in quickly 😊 let me know how you get on 👍🏻

Omg!  I checked the old site (bc I saw BJ & Christine mention it)... it says our case was approved August 28!!!!!  The new site still says “case was received.”  I can’t beleive it

NOA1: Feb 9th 2018.

(I’m not sure what the old site date was.  I always went by the new site)

Can you still see if you are approved if you type in your case number without logging in or does it show you something different? I've been locked out my account for a while and had just been typing case in without logging in. I wonder if it could be different

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

I don’t have an account on the old site so I just typed the WAC into the “check status” box.

so if they are updating the old site again, are scans working ?😀

Silly question! Good luck to you all virtual family!

Imagine they would be working. But, have no idea how u can scan more then 5000 case before locked out. Believe u have to change IP address and something else so u can scan old site
