im not positive it’s needed but, we sent benefituary birth cert with our petition. It’s a easy fix if that’s what they want. Wouldn’t stress over it..

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

I didn't send my birth certificate in, I'm fairly positive it's not on the list of things required from the beneficiary but not certain without looking. I went over that list with a fine tooth comb when we were filing so if I missed it I need my eyes or head testing 😂

How many of you all have actually received the approval letter after a USCIS agent told you on the phone that you got approved? If you got it, how many days it took to get to you? Reason I am asking is because I just got off the phone with a tier 2 and he told me my case was approved as of yesterday. Now idk if i should believe that because I called 3 days straight and I kept getting the generic answer. I am just skeptical of what changed today? Maybe he just wanted me to stop calling lol.

Hey all,

Got through today to l2 officer, whom then told us that an RFE is processing and we should probably receive it by next week. No updates on either sites or app.

I completely understand. Not going to rely on it though until it actually comes, but it is something. I really hope you both get some news soon!!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
