No change on either website or app. Just says received. They said they posted it out on the 24th.

My fiance talked to Tier 2 agent and he said that the case officer may send rfe but it’s not certain at the moment. Anyone has encountered something similar? 

We are in the same boat. Apparently there has been a draft for an RFE but it hasn't been filled out or mailed or anything... I'm gonna call again on friday because who opens an RFE draft, doesnt fill it out and moves onto the next case?? Frustrated. At least tell me what you think I'm missing instead of waiting... time is precious!!

Finally we received approval!!!  My fiancee did not receive the notification email, but I did.

It’s strange that they haven’t updated the case status, isn’t it?

I hope that they have already sent letters (as it was said by phone) and both of us will receive ours REFs soon and will be able to fix it finally.

I got message on my app (surprised, i thought its not working anymore), then i check old site  its says approve. New site updated in like 8 hours or more. My fiancee didt receive the notification email, only me.

I’m not sure I never looked into all of that that’s why i hired an attorney lol maybe @BJ & Christine would know
