Spoke to Tier 2 today. She was very nice but no information other than they received case 210 days ago. She wished me luck and patience. Thank you I need both! 😂

That sucks... hit the 210 day mark and still get nothing... hang in there. Use time is very close.

Same dates also, our noa1 letter says feb 26th so I think we are still officially feb filers , and someone just got approved noa1 feb27th old site !!

On ur i797 uscis goes by notice date not the date received. 

 

Trust me we all or most made made the same mistake.

I called back again but the tier 1 told me it was too busy for a transfer. At least she was really nice though and told me that the tier 2 I spoke to provided me false information and that cases after January 31st can be approved because that is within the 5 to 7 month processing range and that she was sorry that I was given such inappropriate and unfriendly customer service.

Lol you are hilarious, honestly in this journey that we’ve all been together It’ll surely be memorable once we all have moved on with our lives. I guess despite of this wait Im enjoying being here lol.
