They do give u there is number when u call. I thought about writing it down but, I got information that I really wasn't expecting. So didn't bother.

I tried to use options people gave few pages before here tried option 2 to dial USCIS to speak to someone, however it goes to someone trying to sell TVs. The number given (866 953 7684) is wrong.

The only other options were automated. Can you give the exact phone number how to dial it and speak to a USCIS case manager?

You have to fallow the prompts and get the message then request to speak to a tier 2 you will either get somebody or your gonna get a person that will waste your time

Well yesterday, after 191 days of being apart and waiting, along with years of visits, crying, and missing each other, we finally got our approval, and it feels absolutely unreal. 

 

We found out we were approved on the old website. The new website still reads “we received your case,” and we haven’t gotten anything in the mail yet. No emails, no notifications, nothing. I am going to call the second the USCIS office opens to confirm our approval. 

Our date on the old website is February 15th, and the new website is February 19th.

 

I was honestly losing hope and every day had been getting more and more difficult to get through. I know all of you feel the same, but I promise, your approval is coming too. If mine came, yours absolutely will.

I just called and the officer confirmed that we were approved as of February 28th! They said to allow 15-30 days to receive our letter with instructions. We’re getting there!

Hate to be a Debbie downer and I am soooo excited and happy for everyone that got approved but I need some words of encouragement or something!

 

But our NOA1 dates are 2/12/18 and 2/15/18 and still nothing ugh. I called yesterday and the officer said that someone has our petition, I don't know what that even means . Its difficult seeing people with NOA1 dates after ours getting approved. I know I know there is no rhyme or reason to USCIS and that I just need to relax and hold tight ours is coming but its sooooooooooo hard! I haven't seen my fiancé since November 2017
