yes im happy. Cus if they never received our amendment we could of been denied due to lawyer being a dumba$$. 

Hopefully it will show up anytime now. Even tho she did state it takes 15 to 30 days to receive.

My lawyer was well well informed that I have a criminal record and was previously married. I was under the Assumption about criminal record was about the beneficiary since it’s technically right after all the questions about the beneficiary. So I had to send them an amended form with certified copy of divorce decree and certified copies of my criminal record.

But you haven't seen the content of the RFE right?  You were only told on the phone that you had an RFE on the 14th. That means you may need to send in more documents

No I haven’t received anything as of yet. But, I should have everything on hand for a quick reply.

I will tell you to be cautious with that criminal record and the documents needed-
Someone in June 2017 (john) went all the way through their interview and was even told they were approved on the spot. But then embassy found a similar type loophole in his file during AP and flat out denied him - basically almost a year later.
So if your RFE has nothing to do with the criminal history, I suggest you talk to lawyer/let me know and I'll refer you to John to see if he can shed some light for you.

Sooo i called to see if there was a case update... The tier 1 officer looked and said I will be receiving something in the mail shortly but she couldn't tell me what it was until they actually mailed it.... Seriously??? So I am now waiting 200 minutes for a tier 2 officer to call me back because I can't take the suspense knowing there is a decision/RFE/denial coming my way... I'll keep you updated.

I have spoken to John  quite a bit about this. He’s the reason I sent in the amended petition in the first place.

🤩I’m so happy for this even though it’s a RFE all you have to do is send it and your on the way I thank God they got everything God is good I’m very happy today is a good day 👏🏽👏🏽

I only have to wait 104 min. U have to wait for them to finish lunch. 😂😂😂

After u do all the number punching I got to speak to tier 1 ASAP. Total time was 10 min cus my phone kept pressing numbers that were invalid. 😂😂😂
