Hi! Could you please kindly tell with whom did you speak - tier 1 or tier 2?

 

When you called them you just asked about case's status update and they just answered?

 

I'm not sure how to "reach" tier 2 😅 any advice?

I've been resisting the urge to call but with all this website craziness I think I might. I signed up from informed delivery but I've never got an email for anything even though I get mail. I also get the mail for the wrong apartment number so I cant trust my mail either. My NOA2 might show up in someone elses mail box

Hi, I just called and once the first agent answered I asked if I could be transferred to tier 2 - he was really nice and had no problem transferring me.

But once he transferred me it said due to the call volume they will have to schedule a call back, so I gave them my number. Not sure if they will call me back or not.

Actually , I'm getting tempted to advise hubby to call the USCIS himself. We have not called them about our case since filing because, well we didn't want to be an irritation. But oh my gosh, I am Tempted I tell you. 😂😂Ooooh so happy for Youu

I just called and spoke to the first person I got. Yesterday I called and the woman wouldn’t tell me anything so I figured I would try again and we got a nicer guy who asked for my name and birthday and address and then told me we had been approved.

Ok. Broke down cus seeing everyone calling and getting approved made me curious.

Most of u are aware my case is let’s call it “special”. So my reasoning for calling was to see if they had received or amended petition. Which I was informed they don’t need see anything showing up around April for a amendment.

 

The lady then said.

 

The last notification on ur case was August 14th for a request for evidence. 🎊🎈🎊🎈🎊

yes im happy. Cus if they never received our amendment we could of been denied due to lawyer being a dumba$$. 

Hopefully it will show up anytime now. Even tho she did state it takes 15 to 30 days to receive.

Tier 1. 

Asked to speak to tier 2 cus I wanna know if they got oue amendment or not. 

If they didn’t we technically could of been denied. 

Seen someone from June 2017 get instantly denied

Really pleased you've had an update on your case!! Lets hope it comes through the mail soon. Did you just speak to a tier 1?
