Yes i have read it. question 17-38 kinda confusing. how do i answer that? and the instruction doesn't tell you how to answer part 3.

Well, if you are the sponsor then you put your employment information in. They seem like quite straightforward questions just around what your employment is, where they are based etc, your salary.

If you have another person who is the sponsor, you put their employment information in.

If you have dependents (children for example) then you would enter their information in that next section.

The instructions for the form are:

Answer all questions fully and accurately. If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless otherwise directed.

So if a question doesn't apply to you, put N/A unless otherwise told, or if it is a numeric response then write "None" unless otherwise directed.

Does that help?

THIS IS OUR WEEK! Get ready to see a lot of approvals!

Probably won't be ours... they haven't touched our case since they denied our expedite... I called today to make sure our case is where it needs to be since the expedite request was such a debacle/hassle/disaster (took 2.5 mo and an ombudsman inquiry to get denied, all while receiving the run around from the USCIS "help line" and emails from the Cali center that kept saying a decision will be made this week ugh...) anyway.. looks like we are in it for the long-er haul... keeping  my fingers crossed for everyone else🤞!

It will make no differance

I don't want to argue and actually I agree in almost all cases I don't think it makes a difference. However, I do want to say that (and although I am not nearly as knowledgeable on the subject) I think that Facebook very well could help some tricky sticky cases. If it comes right down to an adjudicator really being on the fence.....  you never know. Having friends and family support and comments and being able to show that you are open with the world and your closest friends and family support your relationship. I think it may help. Everyone knows how facebook works. It's not easy to fake a bunch of supportive comments for a year from 100 different people :)

Hello paisano, (I'm Venezuelan too) we tried to expedite our case (due to my passport was about to expire and everything depends on it, even my mexican residence which I'll have to renew in November prior to my Visa interview) and got an expedite denial after 1 week...  I'm sure your case is where its supposed to be, we have similar timelines... I'm expecting approval after next week, hopefully yours will  come soon too... Best of luck!

Then Y bother asking the question if u answered it ur self?

U asked for a opinion, I gave u one. Then u write a paragraph on why u believe it helps!

It makes no difference. People use a alias on FB. I don't use my given name on FB. It's my nickname. If they wanna see FB chat, wall post or whatever they will ask for that.

Also, I don't believe they dig that deep into back ground checks. They may if from certain countries that have a high rate of fraud.

If u need to use FB to provide proof of ur on going relationship then yes it helps. But, tbh anyone can say there in a relationship with anyone on FB. Who knows if u have 2 accounts yourself and r posting that ur in a relationship with urself and playing it off as someone else!

See what I mean?

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Yeah, agree. Surely they won't base their decision on Facebook, that'd be well unfair. Neither Jack or I have a relationship status on, he doesn't have any photos of us together that can be viewed by the public. Some people still do the thing where they don't post everything on social media right or am I just old fashioned? 😉

My fiancé and I are FB "official" 😂😂. And have been for along time. But, my nor her profile is public. It's only friends and family that can view anything.
