@AnJ Co is an awesome guy with extensive knowledge of the Filipino process. I've seen him share tons of excellent info with the folks in my previous filing group, and I'm sure he'd be happy to answer questions and point anyone in the right direction.

I have seen several people signing every page of the I 129f. I'm not sure of I should sign every page? I am afraid if I do sign and I'm not supposed to I'll get an RFE and the inverse. Do you all have any suggestions on what I should do? Did you sign every page of the I 129f?

Hey Buddy : )   1st, thanx for the compliment.  2nd.... I'm really happy to see where you are in life!  That's totally good news.

Side note for me, I took a new job and moved to the Keys - but actually I miss the action of Miami lol   Ann got here Oct 27, married on the beach on 11/13, found out she is expecting with due date in Sept....... Yeah, actually considering all this..... the keys may be a lot more action than Miami - come to think of it.  Everyday is an adventure and we are so glad we endured the whole K1 process because it's all behind us and everyday now we are working together.    I'm excited for your future!!!

Keep in touch

Wow! It's sounds like you've had some pretty exciting changes as well! Congratulations to you and Ann as well with the wedding and expecting a baby! That's awesome! Please send my regards!

Doing this whole process again was really not on the top of the list of things I wanted to do, but here we are.  I learned from my last experience and tried to be smarter and more careful this go around, and hope everything continues to go as well as it has been. :D

Hi everyone!

We submitted our I-129f on February 10, lockbox in Dallas recieved it on February 12, we received our email receipt on February 20 & received our NOA-1 today in the mail ( Feb. 24) :D

Let time be ever in our favor!! :innocent:

We have almost the same timeline! Submitted Feb 9th, received email receipt on Feb 20th... still waiting on our NO1 hardcopy but I'm hoping for it to come any day this week! I keep eagerly bugging my fiancé to find out if he has received it in the mail, lol. Here's to hoping things keep speeding up with USCIS! :jest:.. The only thing keeping me somewhat sane is the fact I already have two trips planned to visit my fiancé during the next couple months.

This is super exciting!!! We are still waiting on our email receipt and I'm bugging my  fiancé constantly asking if he has checked the mail daily 😂

How many trips were you planning to do? I'm tossing up the idea of heading to Canada for the next 4 or so months while we wait out the bulk of the process so I can still work but be closer to my fiancé for visits (Australia is just so far and expensive to travel) my Canadian work permit is still valid so it's tempting to use but I'm also worried that entering the USA too often may be an issue? Expeicislly coming from another country other than my home.

If anyone has ever seen this done / has advice I'd love to hear!

Going to US too many times may raise flags (and eyebrows). It raises flag even for Canadian citizens.

however if it is not an extreme amount the country where you come from does not matter. I live in japan and always travel from Japan to US. This never caused a problem. However I don't travel too often (total 3  in the last year)

Haha, I'm glad to hear I am not the only one bugging their US fiancé to hear about what they get in their mail. I am going for a two week trip in April, and then another two week trip in June... I'm hoping to head out there again in August/September, but I haven't made any concrete travel arrangements for that.

That makes sense to come to Canada with your valid work permit!! Much closer and cheaper to travel to the US from here. Last year I visited my fiancé every other month in the summertime for at least 2 weeks at a time and didn't have issues at the airport POE (at the time he was just my boyfriend, but that never caused any issues either). I was typically just asked what I did for a living and when I was returning to Canada - simple and fast!

I don't think you will have issues entering the US.. it might be beneficial to be able to prove that you have your work permit in Canada, but many people who are not Canadian enter the US through Canada all the time, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

If My I-129F maybe adjudicated between August 22, 2018 and August 27, 2018

, and I want to go back in the 10/11 to accompany the fiance to the United States, we think it is possible ? Thanks!

I wouldn't make any set plans to pick up your fiance until you have the approval that they have the visa. But hypothetically if the approval was in August, you have up to six months to use the K-1 visa before it's void. So if you wanted to wait to pick her up you can do that! Just don't make set plans because there really is no way to know when your fiance will actually be able to come.
