When they logged in, it showed that it had been transferred. I think it was a different email, one stating that action had been taken on their case. This email is the automated one that gets sent without a rhyme or reason. I've received one and it was months ago. I wouldn't read anything into it aside from the system telling you they know you are still waiting and they have your case.

Congrats to all the newly approved today! I love seeing these! May there be many more today and tomorrow morning!!!

Has there not been any movement at all on Feb 20's+ cases? 

Feels like at the beginning of this month it was almost on par at hitting 6 months exactly since NOA1, now it feels like there's a ten day lag on top of that. That's just how it feels to me!

Good Morning! So Today I went to check USCIS website as every morning and I just noticed the message changed...

 

Since a few months it says:

 

We received your case
Read the notice we mailed you for more information about how we will process your case

We will begin processing your case and will review it to make sure you have submitted all of the required information and documents. We will let you know if we need anything else from you.

If you do not receive your notice by March 31, 2018, send us a case inquiry and select that you did not receive your notice by mail.

If your mailing address changes, update your address with us.

 

And now it says the following:

 

I copied the first message because I read about this change and no one seemed to remember what the old message said 😂

I feel very positive today the k1 forum I fallow for our country all the couples have gotten they’re visas at the interview and they explain how the interviews went today everyone who had a k1 interview at the embassy got approved it’s so exciting to know we are so close and will be next . I have been on that forum since I joined this one and just watched the process from everyone before us and it really has prepared us for all we had to expect anyway I am excited to see approvals and many more to come have a blessed day for all of us February couples

A friend of mine and her fiancé want to start the process soon but her fiancé was the beneficiary on a previous k1 but the relationship ended in the beginning of the process and nothing ever happened with it does anybody else have that situation or know about how that works???

I think they are still working on  early to mid Feb at the moment. Hopefully they will get to the 20+ cases in the first week of September *fingers crossed*

Hello everyone, today i spoke to a tier2 officer and he said that in his records it didnt appear to him that my case had been transferred. And if it did it was due to the over workload. He said to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get a decision on my case.

Guys I am also approved. just checked online again and this time it says case approved. so so so happy

I didn't get any email or text or anything. just been checking/refreshing the new website. I am Feb 13 new site (feb 8 old site)

so i guess they sometime update during the day also and not just early morning. you never know with USCIS

hang in there guys. your approvals will come soon too
