I just checked today, still nothing.

Whatever, imma just fly to my fiance for a month and do not think about it anymore. I was thinking to wait with booking the tickets until next week, but honestly its whatever.

The only reason why I wanted to wait for Uscis was because I was being afraid of the Officers seeing me with my dog. But I have visited 3 times since october and never had a problem. Gonna be positive from now on and not let me bring down from the wait. If they approve us and I have the casenumber, i can still fly back earlier to germany in no time.

fingers crossed for everyone else!

Enjoy your time! If they give you a hard time just tell them the dog is going back with you 😉. But I doubt you'll have a problem.

I hope you get your casenumber before you fly, but at the same time - how cool would it be to find out about the approval together?

Yeah I dont think there is gonna be a problem since i am still signed in my university with a pending bachelor thesis etc. I also got my wedding dress fitted and need to get it on october 11th. So i think there should be no problem since I am also not from a high fraud country.

Thank you for your nice words and I dont think I am gonna get the casenumber before, because we gotta be approved first haha. So I think the plan is, getting approved or rfe while im there and then flying back when i have my casenumber :D

Enjoy ur trip. 1 week from today my fiancé will be visiting. Can't wait.

Thank you and enjoy your time with your fiance too! Spending time with our loved ones is always the best.

I am honestly glad to see my fiance again so soon because I just came back last week from us moving him into our future house and buying furniture etc. We didnt really have a lot of quality time while doing that, so I am looking forward to see him again in 3 weeks :o

She will be doing some gardening to make it how she likes. And some things around the house. I'll be working most the time. I switched jobs late last year and don't have any vacation time.

we will be attending five finger death punch and breaking  Benjamin and Saturday. And attending a wedding later that evening.

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Good Morning everyone! Can anyone remind me what this means? I know someone asked about in the past but I cant find the old post. I got this email this morning. My NOA2 is Feb 13th and I check the site every day and it's never updated. Can anyone give me some insight or if they also got it today. Thanks!

Also I understand that it means there is no update to my case however I am just curious about why the random notification and also about the August 9th part.

Guys guys... cheer up. USCIS has a new set of rule of approval timeline.

Widow/Widower: 3-5months

Divorced: 5-7months

Single: 8-12months

😂😂😂😂

So buckle up, sit back and relax :pop:The more pressure you put on yourself to this, the more stress you will encounter.

Sending goodvibes to everyone from a January filer who is waiting patiently for 223days now.:D

Do you know why single would be taking 8-12 months ? I haven't noticed this trend.

It seems to me single would be faster as there is less paperwork to go through.

I always thought USCIS processed easier cases first and placed the more difficult ones for later.

Thanks!

That was in response to an ongoing conversation we were having. It's something for her/him to put in their back pocket for future use if needed.

Sometimes responses can also help others who may find the information important for their situation as much as it is for the person who you are replying to.

Thank you. I absolutely understand and agree completely.

When my k1 fell outside processing times last year I hadn’t even thought about an infopass appointment or know it was an option.

My fiancé is coming too a week from tomorrow. At this point I’m hoping we get the approval while he’s here since it doesn’t seem to be coming this week. Was so hoping for this week and yes still bursting into tears randomly every day, but now that his next visit is a week away I kind of don’t even care anymore because I’m just so excited to have him here for a whole week!!

To be honest, this is the lowest stress thing going on in my life at the moment. It’s been one of the worst summers of my life and this is just the icing on a horrible cake lol. And I’m not angry.,.hopefully it will come soon and all will be okay (hopefully!!).. but mostly just sad because with everything going on, I would prefer to have him physically by my side. And every day that I wake up and start the day with the major disappointment that it’s still “we received your case” it’s just another reminder that I don’t get to have him by my side while going through all of this. Anyway, fingers and toes still tightly crossed that it will be fine. Of course it’s so nice for people who have been approved to say it’s all good once you get the approval, and I SO appreciate all the positivity because it keeps me going to read it every day, but it’s the not knowing if you will get it that is what is sad, much more so than the wait. But we keep trucking!

I received the same thing and we also have the same date, except mine was being touch august 8, but wait, you said your NOA2 is feb. 13? You've been approve already? Anyway if not then my understanding is that they probably still doing our background check. Let's pray we'll get approved soon.
