Congratulations!!

I am Feb 8 (old) and Feb 13 (new).

It seems like they just skipped us ☹️

Any Feb 8 filers still waiting for NOA2 here?

Exact same dates as you and still waiting too. :(

Not everyone that uses VJ and its timeline tools posts in the forums. I chuckle a little bit when I see the "omg no approvals today!" post in the morning, yet Igor's list has a handful. They probably don't want to check the forums every day and see stuff like that. 😉

All people are same species, and are not different from each other. It just becomes easier to see the flaws in system in the modern connected world.  Find a way to fix it? That the problem, we have to dance to the tune of the system that we have very little control over (voting is one way). System that intentionally made arcane, complicated, and basically serves to feed bureaucratic machinery, and at the same time holds keys to our possible happily-ever-afters in its inhumane clutches. We can take all personal responsibilities in the world for our relationships, and personal mistakes, but that doesn't change the fact we are faced with impenetrable black box machine that holds the rest of our lives hostage.

To end on more positive note, congratulations to all you lucky February files getting your approvals!

I'd invite you take advantage of a tool that may help resolve your case. USCIS provides a free service called InfoPass that allows customers to schedule an appointment with USCIS through the internet. Whenever possible, customers or their representatives who reside in the United States (domestically) should use InfoPass to schedule appointments if they would like to discuss their cases in person at their local USCIS field office. Customers and their representatives may also use InfoPass to cancel or reschedule appointments. https://my.uscis.gov/appointment

I am panicking I cried!

I’ve seen people with 230 days and still no answer. People from December and still they didn’t approved RFE. People with 270 days... and no there’s nothing wrong with their petition!

Why are they doing this? I am so scared 😭

I don't want to be one of those people waiting for such a long time. Me and my fiance have a baby!!!!! 😩

I need to vent but I know complaining won't change anything

Deep breath. Breathe in, breathe out. I know it feels like we've been waiting forever. And 6 months is a long time. But we should remember that they are still working on Feb, doing their first pass through. They haven't even made it to people that filed in the 20's yet. Some of us aren't even to the time that VJ estimated on our timelines. And none of us are outside of processing time yet. Right now each hour can feel agonizing, if we torture ourselves and the only thing we think about and focus on is if the NOA2/RFE has arrived. But doing this is to our detriment - our jobs, our families, our mental health and can take the toll on the relationship with the one we love. Don't let this process take you down, we are stronger than this! Don't forget to live the life you have right now while you are in the middle of waiting for the life you long to have with the one you love.

It made me so sad to read people's posts today and hear such heartache as people struggle waiting. I'm right here with you, NOA1 is Feb 19 on the new site. My expectations are that USCIS will surprise me if they respond in August and I will start to become a pest if they let this go into October. But otherwise, I won't give them the power to dictate how my day will go. I get to enjoy the life that I have right now, Skype calls and weekends away from my love and all. Because soon enough I'll be annoyed with how he squeezes the toothpaste tube and his movie choices. haha. Hang in there all! Hugs!!!

So well said!! Love this so much ❤️

Why would a February 2018 K1 want to make an info pass appointment? They would be much more likely to get a result from waiting a month and making an inquiry to USCIS for being “outside standard processing times”.....

I think this advice was response to my comment (rant) about impenetrable nature of USCIS process, and I appreciate it. I am actually August filer, so we have a long wait in front of us, I am just hanging up in the thread where most current action is, cheering folks on. I did check the infopass website, just for the reference and unfortunately was greeted with "Currently, there are no available appointments. Please check again tomorrow." Which is fine, hopefully, hopefully, hopefully I won't be needing one during this process.
