My fiancé did attach the letter of intentions, however he just told me you shouldn't worry, aslong as he spelt both your names correctly, didn't lie about having children/not , etc, it won't be a major issue. Breathe. 🌼😘

I Agree this letter is not a requirement at the uscis phase but intent to wed should come with evidence at the interview because that’s where you need to show you plan to marry within 90 days from entry into the USA. I did submit an affidavit letter that breaks down our relationship from meeting to engagement but the intent letters we both have prepared for the embassy notarized with evidence of our wedding plans . Everything will come For all of us I have faith

GUYS I CAN’T BELIEVE MY EYES 😍

NOA1 - 15th Feb

NOA2 - 21th August

So we were actually approved yesterday I just limit myself to checking once a day to prevent torturing myself with the dreaded “we’ve received your case” 😂

We checked just after 4:30am (in Texas) this morning and saw our new approval message.

About an hour later my fiancé received a text message from USCIS saying there was an update 🙌🏼 (Don’t worry USCIS we know we are addicted to refreshing your site) 😂

BRING ON THE REST OF THE FEB APPROVALS AND ALL THE JANS AND 2017 CASES STILL HANGING IN THERE!!

You guys are next ❤️

Remind me-

Does the I-129F ask for beneficiary passport?
because I suppose you could use the passport- but I doubt U.S. has access to every nation's database to run a search.
Again, if beneficiary has never stepped foot on america soil, I don't know how you can track them.

The good news about immigration is nothing goes unnooticed
I heard the other day a lady denied of citizenship because a mess up occurred during the I-129F process
So even if beneficiary enters by lying about police records etc, U.S. Will find out at one point or the other
So I don't think they care that much.
Because at the interview state, so long as those criminal questions come back NO and you're not an avid traveler/from some certain more looked at countries, you got nothing to worry about

Yes beneficiary has to send copies of passport and all pages with stamps on it.

thanks again for ur input.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Do people find out throughout the day if they are approved or if you are approved does it always show that morning?

Stop relying on updates on the websites/Apps
That's not always reliable

Some people get their approval letters in the mail with NO updates
IF you do get an update, bank on it being like the day after they recorded as approved- approvals come at anytime during the day- although we are seeing a trend for early mornings
