IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Should i go ahead and fill this out or wait until we get our noa2?

The I-134 can be filled out at any time. You do want current employment pay stubs so sending it to the beneficiary would be a little ahead of the game. Complete but wait till you are closer to the interview before sending it.

Hello everyone! February 20th filler (new site) February 16th (old site) hope we get approved this week or next week! Praying everyday!!

Anyway, i wanted to ask a question. I see alot of people say that their Fiancé (beneficiary) has a UPS or something to notify them when they get something k1 visa related.. Is it a letter of approval? Should i tell my fiance to sign up? Is that how he will be getting the packet after the NOA2 approval??

Much help is appreciated!

Good luck to us all 💕💕

Informed delivery is, pictures of ur mail to be delivered that day. If ur going to be away for long period of time it's worth signing up for.

I wont cuz I don't need pictures of junk mail every single day.

i check my mail daily so not a big concern for myself.

Nothing this morning. Just want to cry. Actually already did. Every single night for the past week I’ve dreamed that i got the approval only to wake up and find out it was a dream. This morning I dreamed that I got the approval and there was a red letter attached that said it was delayed because I don’t pay child support (which I do lol). And they were just advising that I really should. But, alas, no approval for real. Sigh.

:wow: You are self tormenting. Set your expectations lower, check once a day and keep busy. Your going to get approved, it's just not when you want it. Hang in there your turn is coming.

I check once a day in the morning. I work about 12 hours a day six days a week and have two kids. I stay plenty busy lol. Can’t remember the last time I had “free time”! But this is tormenting. It just is.

You can start filling it out, doesn't hurt at all. If you have to make changes after you receive the NOA2, make those changes and then print, sign and send it to the beneficiary.

We started filling out every document we had to somewhere in the middle between filing and receiving NOA2. Kills some wait time, makes you feel prepared for the next step and eliminates the stress of "oh my god, what do we have to do now?" when you finally get the NOA2.

so i send my i-134 to my fiance?
