I calculated 600 one week and 1270 the next over the last two weeks.  Based on averages and making big assumptions.  So around 900 average which falls close to the 3200. +~ they get a month.  The wild card i believe are rfe, security checks and your case falling into a black hole at uscis then you date goes beyond the 6-7 month range.  Toss in holidays, vacations, training days for any given month and it will change things some.

Thanks a lot for this analysis.

So I looked at my paper NOA1 this morning and my case status on the new website & they have the SAME DATE! My paper copy says my NOA1 was received Feb 15 and it was processed on Feb 19. The new website says Feb 19 is my date. I see so many people posting all sorts of different dates but for some reason mine match. I know we won't be able to apply logic to USCIS, but as we are apt to over-analyze everything at this stage in the waiting game, I thought I'd toss that nugget out into the VJ universe.

This actually might be accurate for me too, I thing my hard copy is the same of the new site, but I don't have it here to confirm this information... but old site and new site are definitely different.

When the day gets gloomy , I just read that second part because it is STILL a change from the initial message. The initial message on the site just used to say "We have received your case on date blah blah blah, read the notice we mailed you for further information on how we will process your case "

That was it. But since about 2 weeks ago, that CIRCLED MESSAGE APPEARED. So yes , I choose to see my glass half full. I'm probably really reaching to far corners for hope, but I'll take what I can get at this point.😂🌼

IMG_20180820_183400.png

In my case that message has been there since I discovered the new site probably like 2 months ago or so... Im Feb 26 old site / March 01 new site. I copy and paste it on my desktop notes because I've read some people saying it changes.

Wasnt gunna say anything as I though it confuse people. Was just gunna let it kinda float by like a wave.  But, here i am explaining all cus of u @Moon&Stars. 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

I have an account so I logged in to check, but my fiancee hasn't receive either email or text, otherwise she would have known before me. But I randomly checked for the first time to day and it was the best news.

Maybe the personal email and text and slower than the website.

Congrats to ALL those that have been approved.

I'm curious to see as how many here on VJ that have been approved and those that have not been.  I know it's hard to get these numbers as some members lurk (very acceptable) in the background waiting.  I'm just wondering if the site itself has stats someone can show us.  This would be great to see even for those from last July who might still be waiting.  Mostly would be nice to know the number of "have yet to be approved" from month before.  In our case who's left from January and/or December.

Wishful thinking, I know but would be nice!

That's kinda weird though because according to the USCIS site they go by order which they got the case/file.

The order that they go by initially is first in line gets scanned into the system,  then next case then next case, all getting processed for adjudication. The file then is available to the agent who will process the background checks. While waiting they start on the next one and so on. When a case is back from background checks the agent then will look at the "whole" of your case and make a decision. So yes, a June may be adjudicated prior to a May because of the background checks.
