Yes there were few. USCIS approves few petitions per date. But this is only according to VJ’s data. But who knows? 🤷‍♀️

In hindsight, I guess we should just extend our expectations to 250ish day, this will help us to become more calmer and less stressful in this long and winding journey.

Correct. I wont panic till september.

By my calculations of Igor's data, there are ~41 approvals for petitions filed during week one of Feb, and ~24 for week two, going up to 2/15, which is the latest date of non-expedites.

I am not sure how these numbers would show they are not going by dates, or at least as much as USCIS does.  It is definitely not a November 2017 redux.

Then i guess they missed our dates. 5-9 thats all i can say. Something is wrong for sure. If multiple people are complaining that means something is wrong

I’m not saying they haven’t “missed” people.   Just going by the sheer numbers.   If you look at the list, there are loads of 2/5 and 2/6 approvals.

Best of luck.   We will all be approved.

There's going to be some clustering and 'skipped dates' on Igor's list because only about 10% of petitioners are here on VisaJourney, and only about 70% of those here update their timelines (which would average only about 7 or 8 people per day if they were evenly distributed, which they almost certainly are not). That's just not enough points for things to come close to neatly averaging out for a month. There have been people who worried about their date being skipped every month since I started paying attention last fall.

How will I know if my embassy (dublin-Ireland) will accept case number alone , or if I need the letter .. thank you ❤️

Here are number of links that you can use to look for answers to your question(s). I do not have a P3 letter from Ireland so when you get a copy can you scan it and email it to me using the PM function here on VJ? I use it to help others who come behind. Thanks.

This is just unbelievable this poor man should call Trump or what is the decision here?

and what can make them keep it sooooo damn long?

Why call Trump? There are so many more systems in place to address this that a call to Trump will go unanswered. He has greater "fish to fry" then chasing after someone's visa application. We don't know the applicants. We don't know their backgrounds. We don't know who they hang with. We know nothing, zip, zilch, nada, naught, nil. But here is what we do know:

RE: I-129F Case

USCIS records confirm that the referenced case is pending background check clearance. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely manner while also ensuring public safety and national security. A small percentage of applications and petitions have unresolved background check issues that temporarily delay adjudication. Although USCIS makes every effort to resolve such cases promptly, USCIS is unable to speculate when the background check will be completed.

If a background check reveals an issue that may impact an applicant’s eligibility for the requested immigration benefit, further inquiry is needed. The inquiry may include an additional interview and/or contact with another agency for updates or more comprehensive information. Upon gathering and assessing all available information, USCIS will adjudicate the application as quickly as possible.

USCIS realizes that the constituent may be frustrated by the progress of their case. However, the agency must balance individual inconvenience against broader issues of public safety and national security.

We are 2/08 old site and 2/13 on the new site. I know that some have had to wait way past 200 days and we're still within time, but seriously, I am losing my marbles. 😢

Uscis is going thru and picking out what they believe to be the easiest cases. If something catches there eye they will set that case aside and move on to the next.

Nothing we do can or will change this.

Sit back, have a 🍺 , chill..... it will happen for us all...

in no time we we will sit back and look at how pathetic we were begging for a approval.😜

Our time is near.

15? What month? Igor’s list came only from the VJ’ers timeline. Don’t stick too much to it.
