My fiancé’s brother applied September 8 and received his NOA2 last week Friday. I also believe i have seen a few people in early September saying they have been approved on this website as well. I read this on the USCIS website. I-129f petitions are not being transferred but other applications are now being sent to other service centers so there is a faster turnaround on all applications because there will be no overload of visa applications.

I really hope it’s true that times are picking up! I read somewhere that they are opening other service centers to process more immigration petitions( not i-129f).  So that they can process all visas a little faster and take the burden of visa processing off of certain service centers. So maybe that has something to do with the turn over rate being picked up. From my understanding some people who filed in September have recieved their NOA2

September 8 received date?

How did he learn about approval, there's not one case updated online in September?

I know there's no one in this site that says that from September.

where on uscis website?

please don't misunderstand me. These are both important information yet both never seen before.

as I know there's not one September case approved with an online notification, and the transfers update page of uscis nor their news nor any other part says anything about i129f transfers. That's why it is important to get where this info really comes from.

A big thanks to the VJ community, can't begin to tell you how much I researched and read from here before submitting. At least I know there's lots of people in my shoes! Good luck to all, and here's hoping our loved ones are with us soon!

https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/texas-service-center-begin-processing-form-i-129-l-visas As stated before I never said I-129f petitions are being transferred however other visa applications are being transferred like I said before because the California Service Center was overwhelmingly swamped with not only I-129f petitions but others as well by transfering other petitions this will essentially speed up the process in not in I-128f but all other petitions as well. That’s what I was trying to get you to understand. Yes and my soon to be brother in law was approved after receiving an NOA1 September 8. His fiancé recieved a email stating the approval and she is currently waiting for her hard copy

Oh ok l visa thing.

what I'm trying to ask is the was the received date September 8 or was it August received and September noa1 receipt date?

I'm not asking it as an offensive tone by the way but to know the situation. As there's no online update for any September cases.
