Couldn't agree with u more. Seen past months where I would of went completely nuts with how people were reacting. Seems since scans went away people for the most part have calmed down. Maybe it's due to the mass number of approvals being seen with scans. Now we only see what people post on here.

Yeh correct. I think scans were helpful and yet stressful. We have nothing. No scans only website which again seems blah. Feels like we are floating in the open sky, clueless. Still chilled out. 😁

A little off topic, at one point I hit that I wanted to get emails from Visa Journey from this post. Does anyone know how to turn it off?

Upper right hand corner of this screen where it says follow. Unclick or click it for ur preference

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ NEW SITE

https://www.house.gov/representatives US Congressmen

https://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm US Senators

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

If you set your expectations low, you won't get disappointed.  Think 7 mos. and if it comes in sooner, they exceed your expectations.

YESSSS!! Love a good redecorate!!

Im also scared my savings will be spent on furniture and home decor while I await my AOS 😂

And just for a laugh before I left a few weeks back I had a lifesize cardboard cut out made so he’d never feel alone in the apartment 😂😂

It’s like I already live there now 😂

(I swear I’m not crazy 😜)

Hello!

We got told today that our application was approved!!
Obviously very happy about that lol, I was beginning to get so fed up with waiting for so long (6 months - oh gee!) and then I recieved the email this morning saying they'd updated the case :)

New website said 12th Feburary and old website said 7th Feb.

Onwards and upwards to the next steps!

Question - do I fill out the DS160 first or book my medical first?! Or do I fill out the 160, book my medical, then book my visa interview?

Thanks :D

Ds160 u need ur nvc number for. Can't book medical or interview till then. Ur case number will start with LND or LDN. Can't recall..

congrates and hope hope rest goes smoothly for u.
