You're a k3?

(on another not just for confirmation, and I think you just wrote it to write easily but because there is actually another form called I-129, I wanted to make sure)

I really hope it’s true that times are picking up! I read somewhere that they are opening other service centers to process more immigration petitions( not i-129f).  So that they can process all visas a little faster and take the burden of visa processing off of certain service centers. So maybe that has something to do with the turn over rate being picked up. From my understanding some people who filed in September have recieved their NOA2

Where did you hear about other service centers? Transfers would also cause delays at this moment but I'd like to know.

No September filer got their approval unless expedited.

My fiancé’s brother applied September 8 and received his NOA2 last week Friday. I also believe i have seen a few people in early September saying they have been approved on this website as well. I read this on the USCIS website. I-129f petitions are not being transferred but other applications are now being sent to other service centers so there is a faster turnaround on all applications because there will be no overload of visa applications.

This is something that USCIS just announced on 2/14. I'm not sure if anyone has tried it yet; sounds like you'll be the first!

Well, USCIS received my packet yesterday on 2/20/18, and I just checked my credit card, and they've charged my card! Yay! So, looks like it's working out if wanting to pay the fee with a credit card! Now, come on NOA1! :)
