I love how positive you guys are!!

Appartment decorating, Pinterest and online furniture shopping has honestly what’s kept me so motivated and sane these past few months!

Tottally have faith that we’ll all have our NOA2s soon, and if not more time to plan the new home 💁🏼‍♀️😂

Exactly, even if we have a while longer to wait we know we'll be at our new homes eventually, planning all this stuff whilst I'm waiting really helps (i know exactly what our apartment is gonna look like already, ive spent a long time browsing Bed, Bath & Beyond online 😂)

NOA1: February 13th

NOA2: September 4th

NVC case # assigned: September 21st

Medical @ Knightsbridge: December 5th

Interview: December 17th

Hahahahah I’m EXACTLY the same!

Ive literally been working overtime and 7 days a week purely to keep my mind busy AND if our notice is delayed the more money I can earn and save for my Bed Bath & Beyond spree! 😂

I went and visited my man last month and started decorating and it’s seriously given me something to look forward to (even if he wasn’t too impressed that I chose all white furniture) 😂

So so sorry to ask, but do you have any information for Brazil?

You should become familiar with your country's sub-forum here on VJ to get a better understanding of the process for the Embassy that you will be interviewing with. This will allow you to get direct answers from those who have completed the steps you are about to take at the US Embassy - Brazil.  Sub-forum for Brazil is located here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/96-mexico-latin-south-america/

This is the Packet 3 (P3) letter from your Embassy.

There is a lot of information on the Embassy for Brazil here https://br.usembassy.gov/visas/frequently-asked-questions-non-immigrant-visas/

How I wish I could just keep working and stop checking the USCIS website. Especially when I know they update in the mornings... How to stop LOL

Here is a way. Begin working on everything you need for processing through USEM. If you have every lived outside the Phil for more than 6 months since age 16 you will need Police Clearance from those country's. Some times it takes a month or two to have them completed so a good time to get started is now if needed.

Once you receive your case number it's time to be in charge of what time you choose when things get down. To smooth that trail for your I have a few things that will help you process your visa there in the Philippines.

Start by visiting Hanks site where he has taken the time and research, and of course it helps if you spent 8 plus years helping folks in the Philippines sub-forum get their visas, where he has listed each step. With those steps he includes the what, when and why to completing the item. Many have used the website and have had little or NO problems securing a visa from USEM.

http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html

Next you'll want to connect with those who are processing through the Philippines in the VJ Philippines sub-forum that way you will be with like minded ppl who are sharing their experiences and also asking and answering questions. Since most in this thread are processing through another country they would be hard pressed to explain what is needed for the Philippines.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

You'll find this on Hank's website but I will give it to you early and that is the Packet 3 Letter for USEM. It's found here:

https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

Here is the Packet 3 letter.

https://ph.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/82/2016/08/K1-and-K2-Applicant-Interview-Preparation-Instructions-08112016-English-336KB.pdf

There you have it. Everything you need to get your visa. Good luck and smooth sailing.

I am at Day 180 today! Tomorrow will be exactly 6 months (NOA1 is Feb 16th). My VJ timeline just moved back one day. Was Aug 25 and now says Aug 24 lol. Really hoping that the approval comes tomorrow or Friday or early next week!?! My VERY laid back super positive and optimistic Irish fiancé is now officially losing his mind with anxiety over not getting approved. There’s really nothing to say except just wait. All along he has been so relaxed and now that it’s coming down to the end of waiting he is freaking out lol. It is kind of making me smile :) I think since he’s not read anything online he just assumes it means it is bad news. Reading here has been really helpful for me. He is also dreading the EAD time and planning to quickly get a bike and join a gym and practice driving when he can. Also volunteer so he can meet people. And probably hang out in the local pub lol.

There seems to be a pattern. New approvals are showing on Wednesday's now for the most part and the files that have case number assigned are being shipped to the Embassy's every other week with another shipment going 8/21 if this continues to hold true.

Im also scared my savings will be spent on furniture and home decor while I await my AOS 😂

And just for a laugh before I left a few weeks back I had a lifesize cardboard cut out made so he’d never feel alone in the apartment 😂😂

It’s like I already live there now 😂

@Greenbaum When you say wednesday,  do you mean most people are approved on wednesday and people see their status update online on early Thursday morning starting around 3AM?

or you mean Tuesday approvals and Wednesday morning online update?

I am a Feb 8 filer too, Old Site

Feb 13 new site.

Just waiting and waiting.. Hope we get approved soon.

Hope this isn’t true because it means waiting until next Wednesday! My fingers are still crossed for tomorrow or Friday of this week! Trying to stay positive!
