noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

Oh that’s tough ,that’d be the sensible thing to do though alright

Yes, although I am pretty sure her diploma/university won't be recognized in the states, but that is what she wants, and I am sure that it will make her feel better, and it will help with the transition to living here.

Knew I was previously married and didn’t include divorce decree. Knew I had a criminal record and didn’t inform me that info was needed about that and they had marked that area as a no on petition. Which would be instant denial cus information was not correct.

I caught this cus a June 2017 filer got instant denied cus he didn’t disclose the info. Without his input I’d been denied also.

i will keep y’all posted. I’ll probably be one of the last to see a approval due to this. Might be why I’m not overly worried about getting a approval soon.

i am geeked that others r cus it means the end is near. Well.... at least this part..

#######! Yea that’s kind of a big deal though I can’t imagine it would slow it down massively if you sent in the correct info when you realised ? Surely they’d just add it to your file and process it all together since the info is all there

That what im hoping for tbh.

But, lawyer did tell me he would refund me all my money if we were denied. Since it was his fault. Also, had him state in the amendment it wasn’t his fault.
