this would be considered a January application. if your date shows February 1st on the new system, that means your NOA1 letter probably shows a date around January 26th. 

I know this because my NOA1 letter is dated January 31st but on the new website, it says February 5th.

Mine are only 3 days apart, so everyone may be a little different.

While yours might be 3 days apart and there are variable days apart, an application showing February 1st on the new website, means it was received in January. to confirm this, i checked the timeline of the applicant and it shows he sent it in, on January 23rd, that would place his received date between January 24th and January 28th. We go by received date on Visa journey.

Hmm.......maybe for accuracy we should change ours.  Our receipt date is Feb 1, notice date is Feb 6.  Mailed it 1/30 from Seattle.

Yup, we knew that.  But the date in our timeline is the "new" website date of 2/6.
