Hi everyone,

We had our interview in january 16th, it last jist 5 minutes, the officer asked for our i94, original birth certificate, passports, and kept our EAD (the expired one), he already had our RFE for medical, which we did but we could no take to the interview because the dr was not able to sign it till 2 days after. The officer was super nice, he juat told us that he need my 14 yo daugther made her finger prints, after that and after he received the medicals just wait  weeks for the gc.

Now is more that 2 weeks, and i had contacted my senator before, anyways, i wrote her and my uscis office reply that my daugthers name  need to be clean before final approved.  How long it will take to clear that??? I am worry because we are moving out of state and i am really worried beacuse i read cases that they send the paper to old addresses... how has a similar experience????
