I will be filing for my fiance by the middle of this year and would like to know how long before USCIS approval followed by when the actual visa interview will be. After visa issuance, how many months will be K visa be valid?

this is a quesiton no one can answer 

but taking about a year if and only if you are not dealing with a high fraud country

it is advisable to post the country (embassy ) you are dealing with for the best answers from those that have gone thru that same embassy

My fiance is from the Philippines and is based in Virac, Catanduanes island off the Bicol Region Peninsula in Southeastern Luzon.

USCIS processing + 2-3 months to complete Manila.  Visa is valid for 6 months after the medical exam date when issued
