this is a quesiton no one can answer 

but taking about a year if and only if you are not dealing with a high fraud country

it is advisable to post the country (embassy ) you are dealing with for the best answers from those that have gone thru that same embassy

do a favor and create a timeline on your profile to help assist your querys

USCIS processing + 2-3 months to complete Manila.  Visa is valid for 6 months after the medical exam date when issued
