Hi everyone,

I have the question that I don't know what to do next, this is my issue;

- I already had green card interview. The interview went well. The officer said I have to wait for the card about 30-60 days.

- Next morning I got voice messege from the officer said please come back to sign document.

- I called back to the number as the voice mail. And I left my voice mail asking about when the officer available date & time.

- The officer called back and said next day.

- I went to sign the document next day. At that time the officer asked me about do I received a correspondence?   I said "No", The officer said it about Vaccination record. I said I already submitted with the package, The officer said he didn't found it.

- From that day until today it about 10 days, I still didn't get correspondence. My house and the uscis is about 25 minutes drive.

- I am afraid that the officer might write the address wrong because at the day we were interview I have to tell the officer about my new address and he wrote it down on the paper. We didn't correct the address how to spell it or anything. One thing I thought is it should be ok, I got other letter from national benefit. The concern is my friend told me about the correspondence is issue by local uscis. (Note,  I already change my address in uscis system and I got other letter from benefit center)

Here is my questions;

- Is it true that correspondence letter is issue by the local USCIS?

- Has anyone ever got correspondence about vaccination record? Is that letter has due date?

- Can I call back to the officer to inform him that I didn't get the correspondence yet. Is it proper way to call the officer or I have to do the info-pass?

- Base on the fastest info-pass is next 2 weeks, then back to the 1st question, if the correspondence about vaccination record has due date, what should I can do?

- Can I submit the copy of I-693?

Thank you so much for every comment and answer.
