Yo yo! My K1 case should hopefully be getting to NVC pretty soon.
I recall seeing a list of items that they'd accept as evidence for the affidavit of support for an interview in London.

On that list, among others, I think I remember seeing "pay stubs from previous months" and "letter from employer confirming position at company".

Will those two be enough? I see a lot of people talking about IRS Transcripts as if that's the only thing they'll accept, but these other things are way easier to get a hold of and can be sent to me asap!

On another note, will my USC need to send another letter of intent to marry as well?

Thanks! <3

Hey!

I didn't take IRS transcripts , although they are supposed to be more inclusive. I took W2s, 6 months worth of pay stubs and a letter from my fiance's employer. They ended up only taking the letter and W2s.

You only need another letter of intent if your NOA2 is past it's priority date.

Hope this helps , good luck :)
