Its more frustrating for me because since july25 i can't even see on case status keep saying

At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information.

I’m going to try to find a post of someone who applied for based on 3 year but was asked if he wanted to switch to 5 year by the officer.  I don’t remember exact details but I believe he/ she cross the 5 year mark while waiting for inter view. So if five years came after interview I don’t think so. If it comes while waiting Maybe?. No promises but I will try to find post.

Any news yet?  I know the NBC normally deal with sorting out interviews for 1-485 and N400. Can you look it up online, it should be in your documents already. Unless its another extension letter, not sure what they do then or an RFE. Although I am sure that would come later.

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

Got this beautiful thing in the mail today!! It’s funny because I didn’t do the expedite or request faster delivery but it took exactly 2 weeks from applying to when I received it and it came by priority mail. Certificate also came back today as well. 😊

Yes, the letter is in regards to a 3 month old inquiry 😑 I guess the only good information is that both my pending ROC and n400 will be processed together 🤷‍♂️ according to the letter.

It’s just talk at this point and means absolutely nothing until it becomes an actual rule so why stress about something that hasn’t and may not even happen? This process is already stressful enough as it is without panicking about every news story that says something may be coming into play.
