H4 Visa stuck in 221g

Hi,

I need your suggestion on my case. My wife appeared for H4 visa interview but her case went to 221g. 

 

My case details is - My first marriage ended in Divorce last year. My first wife came to USA with me on H4 visa and returned back after our relationship dint work.

after two years separation i filled my divorce here in USA thru publication as i did not have her contact details. Divorce granted after 5 months after hearing in  last year.

Last year i visited home country and decided to marry and my wife appeared for  H4 visa interview.

 

Embassy officer started asking her about my ex wife details and her where about.  as she did not have all her contact details they kept her visa on hold.

I submitted my divorce decree and all the wedding proofs for current marriage but not able to submit the ex wife contact details. as we were separated almost three years back.

right now i dont know how to move ahed in this situation. Her visa is on hold last four months.

Does your ex know about the divorce?

 

You should know how to contact at least some of her relatives.  Ask them how to contact your ex.

Sounds like they are doing extra investigations.

 

I do not know my ex contact details, but could find them if I wanted to.
