@Shubiepinky  As such you should not have a problem that is the minimum gap you should keep for safety purposes because sometimes medical reports don't come plus also your medical is valid for 6 months and you need the same reports at time of filing AOS so make sure you file your AOS within 6 months of your medical or else you will have to spend money again in US in getting a medical.

Oh ok thank you so much so this isn’t a problem

i can do my biometric on November 1st and my interview on November 23rd without any problem

Yeah it isn't. If you want to be more satisfied, just call ustraveldocs on Monday n ask them that you have this much gap n ask them if it's any issue. I'm sure they will say no problem !!

What’s ds-3025 ?

@Shubiepinky As I said above DS-3025 is a form which the Indian Panel Physician should give you after the medical was completed which clearly states that you have all vaccinations in accordance with US law for Immigration as we need vaccinations while filing AOS. The medical we get done in India is valid for 6 months and the same is used for AOS. The DS-3025 form helps us at the time of AOS otherwise you will hvae to get done a medical/vaccinations again in US which is very expensive. Also, remember to file your AOS within 6 months of medical to avoid any complications.

Hello,

People who have already done their medical in India  - did the Panel Physician give you a DS-3025 form after the medical was completed?

When you complete your medical they will give you a sealed packed and as well as one copy of medical with downloaded CD. It call 3025 which you will need in future in US.

Hello,

My case status changed to Ready today but in that the case number originally given by NVC is followed by 01 BMB. Any idea what is that? As while booking appointment I have entered the case number given by NVC.

BMB just means that your interview location is the Mumbai consulate. As for your status, it'll remain at 'Ready' until after your interview.

Hello.

I know most petitioners attend the visa interview with their beneficiary but most probably my Fiance (the petitioner) won't be able to attend my interview because of work issues. Do you think that could cause any problems?

No problem. Even some cases they don't allow petitioner to talk during interview if they attend with beneficiary so you are fine attend your interview confidently.just suggestion from me know each and everything about your partner and your meetings with timings like date, day, month, year. it's not predictable what they will gonna ask. Best of luck 👍
