Oath Ceremony Scheduling Question

I have a quick question about the oath ceremony scheduling. I am sorry if this question has been asked before, but I could not find an answer.

 

I submitted my n400 in November 2016, and had my interview in early September 2017. I was recommended for approval after the interview, but did not receive any update until January 2018. I knew that USCIS had 120 days to make a decision, so after waiting 121 days, I called, placed a service request, and my status changed the next day to "Your oath ceremony will be scheduled." It's been a month since my online status changed, and I have not received an oath ceremony date yet. It's been 5 months since my interview, so I am getting a bit impatient. Here is the question: I know that USCIS has 120 days to make a decision on a case after the interview, but how long does USCIS have to schedule/administer the oath, if there is such regulation?

 

I requested a name change, so this is probably the reason why this whole process is taking so long (my case is really simple otherwise). I cannot make an infopass appointment. I live 7 hours away from where I had my interview (and with a small child, I don't want to drive all the way there if I can avoid it).

It seems as though some offices only do oath ceremonies every now and then. It could be that you got approved just after a scheduled oath ceremony and now you just have to wait for the next one. I don't think there's a rule about it.

where is your location?

first online submit the change address online and USPS mail forward to your new address. second online submit the e-verify  https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do 

lastly, submit your request to here http://www.dhs.gov/cisombudsman

 

I'm waiting for 3 months already but still, actually, you can make a phone call after 90 days rather than 120 days (since your case proved? ) then ask the reception transfer your call to the Tire office II.

Thank you, both, for your answer. I tried to do an e-service request, as suggested, but it says that I am still within normal processing times (processing times for Memphis are "as of November 30" so they haven't been updated in a while). I guess I'll wait a bit more then start to make some phone calls. I didn't actually move, but I live in East Tennessee, and had my interview in Memphis. There is a place in Nashville (3 hours away)for infopass, but they only do biometrics so I don't think they actually have anyone to give you real answers (different from what we can read on the website).
