Starting out the CR1 (Split)

I share my story in order to detect any anomaly.

Me and my husband we met in Miami the weekend of July 4th, 2015. We have been connected since. He lives in a foreign country in the Caribbean and me in Georgia.

He returns in 2016 for 60 days in Florida and made the trip to see me during his stay.

Later in 2016 he returned for a conference in my city (B1) and planned to stay two months at home. Three weeks later we got married and he extended his stay for a period of 5 months.

He left and returns 1 month by Florida and indicates his address at home with his cousin. But a day later he joined me in Georgia at home.

After his departure, me as US cytizen, I decided to place an I130 in his name for him to join me because after living with him I finally believe that I found the love of my life.

I submitted the paperwork with all the required documents. And I did it myself.

I leave this story with you and hope to have according to your knowledge of immigration laws any mistake on our part and we should worry about it.
