Grrrrrr :( We're still waiting.. But at least my husband is coming to see me tomorrow :) After about 5 months, it's about time!

My husband's going to visit in June for our first anniversary, provided we don't get the approval before then.

february 1st filer...and still waiting... :( oh how i wish this could all be over and an approval would be on its way (inshAllah)...I PRAY that our petition will be approved soon...i am starting to go nuts...lol...good luck to everyone and congrats to those who got approvals :) YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

My fiance and I were approved on May 16th, 2007!!! Wow...were we happy! Filed it on Feb 21st, 2007. 86 days! Csc[/center Now we are hoping she can be here in 1 to 2 months. The most beautiful woman in the world and her 3 kids....I have 3 kids too....is coming to the USA to be with me forever! This is an amazing feeling.

My Fiance, is always telling me..."My love, we must enjoy these days apart, because someday we will look back on them with memories of the anticipation of being together forever" She is right, it is kinda like waiting for Christmas when you are 6 years old. I never thought I could have those feelings again....It is wonderful!

feb/09-23/2007 (Visit me for the very first time and knowing each other for 2 weeks)

feb/28/2007 (filled the I-129)

march/14/2007 (approved his petition)

april/19/2007 (got our interview schedule and medical at USEM website)

may/11/2007 (Got our packet 4)

may/17-18/2007 (I did my medical early at St. lukes but pending)

may/30-june 1, 2007 (take my sputum examination for 3days)

june/04/2007 (Pulmonary evaluation NEGATIVE)

june/05/2007 (i got my immunization and medical passed )

We're still waiting. I am getting worried. I wonder why we got those two touches a while back.. but now: nothing.

We are still waiting too. I'm thinking something may be up, just not sure exactly what. We got two touches too and I thought FOR SURE an approval was coming, but just like you guys, now there is absolutely nothing. :unsure:

The good thing about this, is that CSC processing time averages are 109 days currently, which would mean that we would get approved in approx 20 days and you guys probably a bit sooner :thumbs:.

I've got the same touch pattern as you. We are pretty close in our filing dates/location. I am hoping you are right about the average (assuming no additional overhead from the transfer).

02/17/2007 - I-130 Express Mailed to VSC via USPS. (ETA 2/19/2007)

02/22/2007 - I-130 received by VSC.

06/12/2007 - NOA2 approval email received!!!

06/15/2007 - NOA2 letter received in the mail.

08/27/2007 - CASE COMPLETE!!!!

09/06/2007 - Case forwarded to Sydney

09/14/2007 - Wife receives Packet 3. Received NVC letter confirming case forward to Sydney.

09/24/2009 - USPS confirmed delivery to VSC

09/29/2009 - Check cashed by USCIS

10/01/2009 - Received NOA I-797C dated 09/25/2009

10/10/2009 - Received Biometric appt letter for 10/29/2009

10/29/2009 - Biometrics taken. Whole process took about 40 min including the wait

12/22/2009 - Approved for ROC!

01/08/2010 - Received text and email: Card production ordered

01/15/2010 - Received Green Card in the mail!

USCIS - N-400

04/22/2011 - Express Mailed Application for Naturalization

04/27/2011 - Check cashed by USCIS

04/28/2011 - Received NOA I-797C dated 04/26/2011

05/27/2011 - Biometrics taken. Process took approx 35 min with wait

07/29/2011 - Received Interview Appt letter scheduled for 09/01/2011 dated 07/26/2011

09/01/2011 - Interview and Oath. Now a USC! The VJ is over!

I applied to the Los Angeles office and received the NOA 1 for our girls on March 1, 2007 and my wife's NOA 1 was on March 5, 2007. We are applying to the Embassy at Manila. Still no touches but I previoulsy filed a I-130 in 2002 so I am feeling our case may be flagged. Peace and God Bless, BMB!
