Every now and then I see someone post a link on VisaJourney (I believe it's hosted on a .edu website) that archives each month's processing times and displays every field office on a single page. It's not a USCIS page but it takes the official USCIS processing time data and displays it all together, with the field offices being the rows and each month's update being the columns. I don't recall if it's only for N-400 applications or if it has a page for everything, but I was just wondering if anyone had a link to this.

Edit: It looks like @spottymax manually compiles this data, with an ongoing N-400 thread here. Has it ever been hosted on a third-party website? Regardless, since processing times were updated earlier this week I'd like to see which field offices have advanced the most and least since last month. Thank you!

i started tracking the N-400 data while waiting for my wife's application to be processed.  We had a history of slow service through our Memphis field office.  I haven't been as diligent since her ceremony in November, but still like to keep it updated and I think it helps give "big picture" of overall processing.  That said, I don't put too much stock in the actual dates outside of the fact that the USCIS won't do anything if your date is after the posted date.

I would guess that some field offices don't really want any official records of past reports given how slow they are moving (looking at Florida and Texas FOs) or how much they fluctuate back and forth in times. I would love to know what (if any) official process there is for coming up with the dates.  Take the Pittsburgh office in this month's list (dated Nov 30, 2017)... it had the most recent processing time of N-400 of July  (a jump of over 2 months over the prior list).  I can almost guarantee that next month, the Pittsburgh office will drop back in processing time.

I think about the only official historical data you will find is the Immigration and Citizenship Data page on the USCIS website.

Someone very knowledgeable in the immigration space told me recently that the leading theory is that the posted processing dates relate to the absolute slowest case they're processing. So for instance, they could be processing 99% of cases that were applied for 6 months ago, but if they have 1% that they're processing that were applied for 12 months ago - the data posted will show they're dealing with applications from 12 months back.
