Unfortunately no way to know this right now, you just have to wait till you get letter in mail.

Just got the letter, they have asked me to provide the nikah nama and English translation if it. I had sent them earlier though. Dunno why they asking again.

Maybe they lost it? Best to give them the information they requested.
