03/02/18          RFIE Letter Received (I-864 form)

03/09/18          Biometrics Appointment Done!

03/15/18          Sent RFIE Response with Joint Sponsor

03/22/18          RFIE Received by USCIS (Email notification)

07/21/18          New Card is Being Produced (Notification)

08/14/18          Interview was scheduled

08/17/18          Received Notice Interview for 09/19/18

09/11/18          Received Cancellation Notice :(

Hi guys!!

I Will join to this topic, we send our package on Jan 30 and they recived it today February 01 in Chicago Office (sended for UPS) sooo we are just starting this process, we have a lawyer so now we are just waiting, we know that our Office will be in Minnesota, we live in North Dakota

Guys!!! I just saw the bank account a few min ago and they deducted the checks from the account today!! We didnt send the form for text and email notification because we are working with a lawyer and the lawyer said to us that USCIS send a notification to them anyways... Now I feel more relax!! :D

Hello guys, I came into US with F1 visa in 2016 which i unltimately drop out of school due to financial difficulties after getting my social security... but I have been working with my ssn at McDonald's, ever since.... Now im married to a lovely wife, How do I make my change of status as I am married to a US citizen? Please i need some step by step procedure. Thanks

Everything is written in the USCIS website. if you dont understand something we can try to help but this is general information. Since you are already here you need to File I130 and I130A (Petition for Alien relative) also I485(Application to register a Permanent Resident)  For adjustment of status need a medical exam(Go to a Clinic Approved by USCIS you need a immigration exam) 6 passport photos I765(Employment Authorization Form) assuming you are already in the states, and I864(Affidavit of support)  also if you would like Advance Parole so you can travel while waiting for your Green Card, this is the form you need to fill out.
