Tax Info Requirements

Hi everyone!

 

We're currently in the process of waiting for our NOA2. Very exciting.

 

As the beneficiary (not the US resident, but the Australian citizen) do I have to provide any tax information? If so, how recent, and when/where will I have to show it?

Nope! Only the petitioner's financials are relevant for this process (unless you are interviewing at one of the few consulates that allows you to self-sponsor, like London). Her/his returns or tax transcripts will need to be turned in alongside the I-134 at your interview. You can look at the I-134 and I-864 instructions for more information.
