New Card is being produced

Hi, I am new here and I have a few questions.

 

Few days ago I received a request for evidence (another health exam as previous has been over a year) and last night I got a message that new card is being produced.

 

So shall I disregard the request for new medical exam or shall I still go for that and submit it? Does new card being produced mean that my green card has been approved? It has been a long journey as my Green Card interview was 2 years ago and have submitted 4 medical exams so far.
