I’m the beneficiary and I didn’t submit a copy of my birth certificate. Just the US citizens birth certificate (I couldn’t find anywhere that stated they needed mine). 

We did use copies of my (beneficiary) passport to show entry dates that is visited US.

No, only for the US petitioner. They will only need the Beneficiary's divorce papers if she/he was married before. Just include photocopy of the stamps on the passport if both beneficiary and petitioner travelled together (proof of relationship).
