Hi ,im currently a Conditional Permanent Resident in the US ,I'm planning to join the US Navy but my greencard will expire next March ,I did some research where it says you'll have to be in the military for at least 1 year before you can get the expedited citizenship ,but can i get the 10 years greencard instead ? What is likely to happen ?

Not really, the army doesn't help you with that. Plus, you need to check with the Navy if you can join them if you have a conditional GC. I know the Air Force requires permanent residents to have a GC that is valid for at least 2 years. They also make it clear that they will not assist you in extending your GC or obtaining one.

But regardless i believe the navy and af require 2 years left on a green card to join.
