a lot of people already applied for their parents/brother/sister also received a case number for $535

 

now if trump end the chain migration then what will happen of who already got case number!

They may be grandfathered in and processed under the existing rules, or they may be voided and the application fees returned.

The fee is only for processing the petition, if it had been processed and they are awaiting a visa to become available then it might not be refundable.

Does that mean, cases with current priority date will be allowed to continue?
