As you already said, we have been seeing complete cases in a few weeks and as for the appointment schedule, that depends on each embassy!!

haha yeah they received mine jan 25 and sent to supervisor on feb 12 and still no case #. last they said supervisor has 6 weeks to review and get case # so total it would take 8 weeks just to get case #.....

4/12/17 - NOA1 Sent to Nebraska

1/10/18 - NOA2

1/18/18 - Case Sent to Department of State

1/25/18 - NVC received case

3/30/18 - Case # and IIN assigned

3/30/18 - Paid AOS and IV fee

4/9/18 - AOS and IV fee Status Changed to Paid

4/9/18 - Submit DS 260 and uploaded AOS and IV package

4/16/18 - Case complete

5/7/18 - Received interview email 

6/4/18 - Interview @ 7am at ISL embassy - Approved :jest:

yeah i feel like we have to be patient at every step. u may get case # but then wait to pay fees. once u pay fees wait to upload doc and have them review it. then u wait for interview date etc. seems like some people have it done in weeks while others takes a while so have to keep being patient. we started this process 11 months ago so almost there now lol...

This week is going to be 4 weeks for me. I am making the idea of 6 weeks for me to get a case number. It looks like they are too busy.
