I have question, our I-130 for IR got approved on January 5, sent to NVC January 17, NVC received on January 24, but yet NVC can’t issue case number still. 

They sent our case to supervisor 2 weeks ago, still nothing. Operators saying there is no problem with our case, they just have too much work right now, but it seems to just usual way to answer. 

If here is anyone with similar dates let me know about your progress pls. 

 

We are very nervous over this situation, because we were for 2 months behind processing time in USCIS nobody were giving , up until we ask congressman to help, and then they approved us in 3 days.

they received our case jan 25 and sent to supervisor feb 12 and we're also still waiting......they tell us same thing every time that they're busy theyre behind, their system broke blah blah

Same here. We got approved by dec 15, but NVC received our case on February 2. Imagine, we went crazy all january thinking that our case was lost. Today is it´s been 3 weeks waiting for a case number, and 1 week since they write to the supervisor. So you are not alone.

I started by the end of june, I hope this doesn't take more than a year.

Thank you for sharing your dates. We have such a bad experience with USCIS, that i’m paranoing about any delays. Thinking they again f-ing with us. Good thing this chat doesn’t let me use strong words🤨 Looks like it’s easier come in a country illegally and adjust everything from inside.

For those that already at case complete, I would like to ask that when you submitted documents to NVC, is there anyone who submitted just the W-2's and 1040's instead of transcript  that got approved? Your kind and urgent response would be appreciated.

haha i also feel sometimes theyre picking on us or something lol. this stuff really isnt complicated and shouldnt take this long. the faster they give us case #, the faster they get paid geez

I was approved 12 Feb, case sent to NVC on 16 Feb. Hubby called today and they said they have our file, and call next week if we don’t get our case number.

i think pivot cases have been taking 6 weeks to get case number...hopefully soon!
