OK so we paid both of the fees on Friday and they got taken out from account yesterday and today it marked as paid and I was able to submit EVERYTHING. the DS260, the AOS documents and the IV package. it took some time especially the DS-260. All around very easy except it kicked me out of the system a couple of time. now let's wait for them to review it and give us a case complete and I hope soon since they owe me the time that I lost waiting for the case number. :D

As of November it was taking them just like a couple of days to review it and get a case complete so i'm curious to know how long it's gonna take now.

A big thank you to all of you for helping each other. I don't know what I would do without you guys. I was cheering for everyone as they got their CC

good job thanks for sharing and keep us updated

6 weeks :(

I called again today because after 3 weeks I don't have a case number yet. The lady apologized because she said they are behind with the creation of the case numbers, and that most of the people are in the same situation calling without solutions. She said that at this point there is nothing they can't do other than write to the supervisor. Once again.

I think cases are random, now that I see your timeline, someone that I know received last week the welcome letter via email, with a case similar to your dates from Nebraska SC.

Hi. We've found "At NVC" on our visa application status today, so we called and confirmed that our case was indeed completed. But, when we asked if we had a "checklist," the person on the phone told us that we did. One of the items on the checklist is "domicile." In our case, the petitioner is in Japan and doesn't currently have any job in the US. However, according to the person on the phone, the petitioner has to have proof of being employed in the US. In my research so far, no one who didn't have a job in the US got an item on the checklist for that. Is this a new thing?

I called and asked the lady. She said still not reviewed your case. I checked my case status. It say "AT NVC".

I think it depends on whether or not it is a pivot case or not.  Pivot case appears to be taking longer.
