Still no CC! 💆🏽‍♀️ Second SD 1/22. Called NVC again and they haven’t reviewed my documents

Our package was delivered to the NVC on 5 Feb, but I am somewhat confused. On the website it still says that we have to submit the documents. We called and they said that they did receive them, but I just want to make sure that this is normal and the next change would be "At NVC"?

It will remain same until you get case complete then it will change to at nvc. And then worst part of time will start bcz you will have no idea when you will be assigned an interview date lol

Thank you and good luck to you as well, I hope you get the case number soon. If you haven't already asked for it to go to a supervisor I would definitely do that. I called almost every day.

yeah i call everyday and they say we sent to supervisor and just have to wait. is it possible to talk to supervisor? if so what do i say?

I call every day too, and I don't know how the supervisor thing works, but it looks like is taking almost 4 weeks to everybody after NVC received dates.

I have a question, lately they have been asking about the embassy (country), since I don't have a case number yet, do they classify to create case numbers  depending on the country=?

yes i think first three letters of case number are related to embassy since where its going is important also some embassies have online upload instead of by mail so thats another reason its important.

I read that you got case complete today, congratulations! I would like to ask that when you submitted documents to NVC via mail, did you send in tax returns and tax transcripts or just one of the two. Your kind response would be greatly appreciated.

Ours marked paid about 3 days ago. But the iv bill opened up only yesterday, so we were able to Pay it up yesterday.. Now waiting for it to mark paid so we can proceed with Ds 260.

Do you get asked of your names and dates of birth. If not it means it wasn't entered in the system yet.
