No I mean the both fees AOS and IV fees. I don't have to fill out the DS261 because they already have our Information. We need to upload all the documents so we were able to both of the fees at the same time.

In all likelihood you will receive correspondence from the NVC this week to submit your DS-260.

I am assuming you are referring to the DS-261, and the Affidavit of Support Fee.  NVC doesn't allow for both fees to be paid simultaneously, rather in succession after the initial AOS fee is paid.  That being said, if you've completed DS-261 (appointing an agent) and paid the AOS fee, it has been taking NVC 2-3 business days to accept the funds and update the status.  Typically it's taking 5-7 business days from the payment date for the next steps become accessible.  Bear in mind this is a rough average based on multiple reported thresholds.  I've seen some go much quicker than this, and some a tad bit longer.  My overall estimate from case received at NVC to IV application scanned is about 3-4 weeks total. :)   Hope this helps!

DS-260, the immigrant visa application, will be opened to you once fees shows as PAID. just give it a couple of days.

What is 1st and 2nd scan Date???

I have read some posts here and understand scan date is  when nvc received our documents and puts in their system..... hope I am right?  But what's second scan date?

2nd scan date is when you have a checklist and have to provide one or more documents to NVC. The second scan date is when they upload the new document(s) in their system. I even had a 3rd scan date. Hoping you will only have one scan date.

Someone help.. I was finally able to log in and complete DS 261. Did that printed comfirmation page and received confirmation E-Mail.

Now i understand i have to pay the AOS Fee but i dont see it. The only thing that appears is DS 261 COMPLETED

and IV underneath but thats not unlocked yet. I dont see anything that says Affidavit of support. Does it take a day or two after completing ds 261 for it to show up?

Any idea how long it takes on the average for interviews to be scheduled  in Lagos consulate (Nigeria) after cc, and how long the notice period is.. that is from when nvc schedules to the actual interview date.

Lol I totally understand.. we paid aos bill on the 14th, and now I'm looking forward to the payment to be processed so we can pay iv bill. Even though it says PAY NOW in red, but the website says to wait about a week for aos payment to process before paying the next bill.

My AOS payment was finally marked paid today. What about you?
